From Prehab, to learning technique, to teaching you about recovery, these courses are here to help you be an athlete for life!

  • Programming

    No arbitrary workouts here! I believe in a systematic and progressive approach to strength training. Each course comes with accompanying workouts so that you can take what you learn and put it into practice immediately! Knowing what to do and doing it are two different things.

Julia Falamas

My name is Julia and I am here to make you a better lifter. I spent my early childhood as an active kid. It wasn't until I was 11 that I started to get into organized activities like gymnastics, dance and track & field. After finishing college and joining the fast paced world of entertainment, I quickly found myself out of shape and burnt out. I've spent the last 10 years working with athletes. I've trainer gymnasts and obstacle racers, triathletes and soccer players. I have seen strength training change lives, and I believe the olympic lifts are especially powerful in helping people upgrade their minds and bodies. I am a national level lifter in the 55 kg class and run Spot Barbell Club in Manhattan's Upper West Side.
